1. Services

Hemas Flora provides wedding décor, floral arrangements, engagement décor, event styling, and related decorative services. Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is made.

• Booking dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Verbal discussions or quotations do not guarantee availability unless confirmed with payment.

3. Payments

• Advance payments are required to secure bookings.

• Balance payments must be settled before or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments once made are non-refundable, except under conditions agreed by Hemas Flora.

4. Cancellations & Date Changes

• Cancellations made by the client may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance payment.

• Date changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.

• Hemas Flora reserves the right to cancel services due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, safety concerns, etc.), with reasonable notice.

5. Flower Availability

• Flower types, colors, and varieties depend on seasonal and market availability.

• Slight variations in color, size, or arrangement may occur.

• If specific flowers are unavailable, suitable alternatives of similar value will be used.

6. Artificial vs Fresh Flowers

• Some décor items may use artificial flowers depending on package selection.

• If fresh flowers are requested where artificial flowers are standard, additional charges may apply.

7. Setup, Venue & Access

• The client is responsible for ensuring venue access, permissions, and setup time.

• Any venue restrictions must be communicated in advance.

• Delays caused by venue access issues are not the responsibility of Hemas Flora.

8. Damage & Liability

• Hemas Flora is not responsible for damage caused by guests, weather, or venue conditions.

• Any damage to décor items caused by guests may result in additional charges.

9. Photography & Media

• Hemas Flora reserves the right to use event photos/videos for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

Hemas Flora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
